Jim Neumann, President and CEO of Optical Outside Signs, Inc., loves to travel, so it makes sense that he’s involved in giving back to several communities around the United States. In addition to his work in the Chicago and Scottsdale areas, where he spends most of his time, he is also a leader in the Greater St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also a board member on several nonprofit and community organizations.
