I think it's a very good platform to discover countries. You meet local people and they show you THEIR town or places. Places that aren't to read in any travelling guide. You get to know a lot of things.

I took one of the big busses in Nepal. We were going through the mountains and the street was totally fucked up. And I knew that many busses just fall down the hillside and that many people die there. Unfortunately I was sitting on the side where I always could look down the abyss. After a very swinging bus ride we luckily arrived better streets.
