MUSIC Literally any genre. But I can be pretty picky about what within each genre. MOVIES I am a consumer of cinema and I watch a lot of movies. BOOKS I LOVE old SF anthologies. Its most of what I read (Heinlein, Asimov, Bradbury, Sprague de Camp, etc). I also like asoiaf series, Percy Jackson, Tolkien, Harry Potter, and other widely popular books. I read a lot of scientific journals as well. I think I've read almost every classic that's been put into English (it's the only language I can casually read in unfortunately)

Would love to help people learn English. Maybe practice my French? I think I could possibly hold a conversation in French with a toddler and that's a small kind of accomplishment. Mais mon prononciation est vraiment terrible (quelle horreur!). J'ai besoin de pratiquer!

I'm not sure what people look for in this category so I'll update later when I know more about the site. I am very clean, so if you need help with everyday chores, or just to know that I am a tidy person there's that. I am willing and able to provide my own food if needed. I have a lot of interesting stories and I can definitely share my experience with gardening, genetics, physical anthropology, archaeology, dance, and just general knowledge of this and that. I am flexible so I can adapt to fit people needs when necessary.
