I will be traveling across the country in the spring, likely ending up in Seattle, and came across this site in my planning process. I figure, if I plan to take advantage of other people's generosity and hospitality, I should start by offering up my own home and getting to meet new people and learn about their journeys, swap travel stories and share new experiences.

I am an eclectic, and thoroughly enjoy exploring new genres, but my go to music has got to be reggae and hip hop, but I really dig funk, jazz, blues and music from cultures all around the world. As far as movies/shows, I'm am really into stand up comedy and the occasional documentary. If I am reading, I want it to be something non-fiction, or at least fiction with new ideas I can walk away with.
