I first heard about Couchsurfing through an awesome acquaintance of mine who used it to travel during her gap year between high school and college, and her stories of all the amazing people she got to meet and share experiences with drew me in.

But I grew up on a lot of alternative/hard rock and pretty much everything else thanks to my older siblings so I'm into just about every genre except most pop country & heavy metal.
