Hello! I recently returned to the world of gymnastics after spending a few years in biomedical sciences. I am the head gymnastics coach for the largest high school in the city and am working with colleagues across disciplines to develop athlete-centered coaching philosophies and pedagogies aimed at building a culture of consent and empowerment where bodily autonomy reigns supreme. My partner, Taryn, and I live in a quirky and beautiful loft in a Seattle historical landmark . Taryn is a nurse, and we're both medical nerds of sorts. We love cooking, hosting get-togethers, and feeding people, both friends and strangers. We have a couple dinosaurs for roommates: a cockatiel named Princess and a cockatoo named Peaches. I'm a lover of coffee, handstands, brunch, mental health advocacy, traveling, and food, among countless others.
