Hi there! Besides travelling, I am passionate about volunteering and about finding ways to bring people together in meaningful ways. I really enjoy conversations that create new perspectives, connections, and/or shared understanding. Wisdom and knowledge are found in so many different areas and are nothing exclusive to science and academia, to my mind. I am curious about both the “big picture” and the realities on the ground. Things that may seem simple or easy to judge from a distance can look very different up close, and I like exploring these dynamics. I don’t wish to be limited to only my own experiences in my own life or assume them to be the standard - I am eager to learn how others/you :)! see the world.
