I feel like Couchsurfing is the ideal way to travel to a country and see it through the eyes of a local. It gives an extra dimension to your travel. Also I am a social butterfy and am always excited to meet new people and listen to their stories. To say it with a quote I found on the internet 'Everyone you meet know something you don't', well obviously but that is also a big reason for me to meet new people. They teach you stuff and maybe I am able to teach them something as well :)
