even tought i do enjoy the touristic aspect of visiting a country, i'm trying to make my trips a little less touristic and more about meeting with people from around. i found it a much better way to know a place you travel to when you get to meet with the local people.

cooking skills a good converstaion not being a burden (can help around when needed) and a more complex perspective about what it's like living in israel :-)
