My friend and I are both trying to organize a trip for the two of us to take on some parts of Europe. I am trying to find a balance for us between airbnb's private apartments, couchsurfing, and hostels so we can meet more locals and experience the different cultures better. I really want to go "off of the beaten path" and see and experience things that aren't overly tourist-y within Europe!

Although I don't cook much in Canada, I'd love to make an attempt at making you a Canadian/American dish of sorts? Have you heard of mac&cheese?! Haha. I'm also down to share your suggestion on wine & beer - my treat of course. As a black person looking to travel Europe, I have done my research when it comes to travelling here. Although I am not worried, I'd love to talk to you about any social justice/political questions or opinions that you may have! :)
