from my birth i have been quiet a fat child use to get teased a lot and got ignored in many occasions my weight while i was 23 years of age is 104kg and now its 78 i reduced my weight naturally by hitting gym every single day and have an amazing physique now . So one amazing thing i've done in my life till now i will go with my transformation.
