As a traveller, I expect and hope that Couchsurfing will facilitate the process of familiarization with different cities. I love meeting locals who know their cities like the palm of their hands, and are interested in creating casual friendships. On the other end, I love being a part of this much larger process that eases travel accommodation for visitors, as well as creates friendships of cultural exchange.
