I listen to rock music, folk, latino, pop and blues. Lake of Tears, Coldplay, Rhianna, Shakira, Guns N Roses, Iron Maiden. I read about psychology, sports, health and nutrition, but also classics. Old people doing sports and enjoying life in spite of their old age. Persons with disabilities living and enjoying a quality life. Children playing and being happy. Animals not worrying about anything and just living in the moment.
