I love all kinds of Heart and soul music, the kind that bring goosebumps as well as soft and meditative music that helps put me and my daughter to sleep:) I am into world music and love danceable beats when I feel like dancing! I love reading inspirational and motivational books/articles

I have a 3 year old daughter, So I am almost always with her, when I am not working teaching Bodywork and Continuum movement or practicing Craniosacral Therapy. I Love being in Nature with my daughter. I love singing, dancing and playing outside and crafting.
