I am quite much interested in how people from nations around the globe live their lives. I love to experience the variety of cultural environments, personal stories, local food and seeing the wonders nature offers us all over. In short I just want to enjoy my life as much as I can. Couchsurfing seems to be the straightest way to this treasure as you get in touch with those people who actually know what you are looking for, mostly.

My girlfriend and I were traveling through Thailand and in Chiang Mai we stayed with a Canadian Airbnb host at who's place we met some other travelers. For my 21st birthday we had an outstanding dinner with terrific Thai food in this hidden restaurant that only locals would know. Best Birthday plus never expected it to be like that. Definitely worth to mention an accidental meet up with two guys from Great Britain in Sri Lanka, leading to an extraordinarily lovely road trip through the country. It's always those things you can't plan that turn out to be awesome.
