Hey there, I'm a nature enthusiast, eco-minded and passionate about birds. I work in envinronmental education, volunteer at nature reserves, participate in bird studies, and photograph wildlife. I'm up for any outdoor adventure — hiking, camping, biking, swimming, climbing, watching sunsets, etc. I love traveling to unobvious places. I enjoy exploring new places and learning about different cultures. To understand a country, you've got to get to know its people and their way of life. CS is the perfect way to meet locals, discover off-the-beaten-track spots, learn what's cool to do in the city, and get a real feel for the country.

Music: Alternative, Indie, Russian rock Movies: I prefer documentaries, sometimes can watch a thriller/detective. Books: Non-fiction, popular science.

Volunteered in nature reserves and bird ringing stations across Russia, Croatia, and Malta. Travelled across Russia from the Arctic Circle to the Black Sea and from the Baltic Sea to the Lake Baikal. Hiked 30 km alone through the mountains of Catalonia.

I can tell you what species of birds you saw and share some facts about the animals. I can give advice on what to see in Malta and I'm always happy to tell about what real Russia is, beyond the stereotypes about vodka, balalaika and pet bears.
