Because it's and easy and cool way to meet people all over the world, to share travel experiences and have a good time together! Anyway, I try to explore new places far away from tourist tracks with the help of locals.

Went swimming in a tarn in the rainforest of Brazil. Swimming with dolphins in Akaroa Bay/New Zealand for free :) 134m bungy jump and looooots of other things I'll never forget!
