For a long time now I felt the urge to actually travel a little bit more to many pretty places and not only thinking or dreaming about it. I hope to get to know towns and regions I visit from a local kind of view. Because I am traveling for a year I can't sleep in 5 star hotels every night unfortunately. I see couchsurfing as a good opportunity to get more experiences from a local point of view.

I was born in Dresden and raised in the area. For a couple of years I have lived already in the center of Dresden-Neustadt which is the funkier, kind of hipster part of town. All in all I know my hometown pretty well and can recommend and show a lot of things to do, see, eat and drink around Dresden.
