Hi! I’m Lasha! I’m a UX Designer with a background in Business Administration. Along the way, I’ve also been involved in different volunteer activities, including event organization, sports, Red Cross projects, and other community activities. I have some knowledge of GIS as well and generally enjoy learning about different fields and trying new things. I’m a very people-oriented person, and one of the main reasons I’m on Couchsurfing is to meet people from different countries and backgrounds. I enjoy hearing people’s stories, talking about different cultures and ways of life, and having interesting conversations - whether it’s something deep or just a completely random conversation that somehow lasts for hours. I love traveling and discovering new places, but for me, the people I meet along the way are often just as important as the destination itself. I’m interested in experiencing places from a more local perspective rather than simply checking tourist attractions off a list. I’d be happy to host travelers when I can, show people around Georgia, share local knowledge, help with practical information, or simply hang out and explore together. When I travel, I’m looking for the same kind of experience - meeting locals, joining meetups, finding a host, discovering the city together, or just grabbing a coffee and seeing where the day goes. I’m open-minded, curious, and usually up for spontaneous plans. I believe some of the best travel experiences are the ones you didn’t plan in advance. 🌍
