CURRENT MISSION Mobile Phone Trader ABOUT ME Hiya this is EMRAH, i was a university student, studying English Language and Literature, graduated in 2014 and moved to Hong Kong for business purposes. Since then, I've lived in Hong Kong. i am an open-minded person, and i do love helping people. I don't expect anything in return, this makes me feel beyond better than ignoring helping someone in need. What my friends say about me is: I am easy going, open-minded, warm-hearted and very generous person, at least this is the lie that they have been telling me for ages 😅🤣😅

Hello, everyone! Born and raised in Shanghai, I consider Hong Kong my second hometown. I’m a guy who enjoys hiking, water sports, and a touch of adventure—making Hong Kong the perfect place for me. I’d love to be your host in HK and guide you through exploring the city and its vibrant life. NOTES: 1. Please send a formal request for your stay. I will disregard any random stay requests sent as casual messages 2. A firm NO to freeloaders and those with a 'princess syndrome.' I strive to offer my guests a relatively tidy and cozy place to stay (in most cases, you won’t actually need to crash on the couch). However, I’m not obligated to ensure it’s as spotless or flawless as a luxury hotel or serviced apartment. Please keep in mind that this is Hong Kong, where accommodation is A) extremely expensive and B) typically limited in space. If you find my place isn’t clean enough for your liking, you’re welcome to pitch in with some chores to make yourself more comfortable. Alternatively, feel free to let me know directly if you’d like to adjust your stay and leave." ( Point 2 was added on Oct 24, 2017, following my first non-positive reference since I began hosting in 2011. The experience left me feeling that I had unwittingly welcomed a guest who was entitled and took advantage of their hosts' hospitality, all while lacking the true spirit of Couchsurfing (CS). Moving forward, I plan to respond far less frequently to open traveler requests and will establish stricter criteria, exercising greater caution when accepting one-on-one CS requests)

Unable to host , currently traveling Not a drinker nor a smoker. I don’t like crowds or noises that overstimulates my nervous system. I much prefer slow living, calming, nurturing and deeply relaxing ambience. I do feel nurtured in being still in nature and quietness. I love listening and singing to slow jazz music, and listening to some groovy Neo soul music from time to time. My hypersensitivity works for me in a gifted way that allows me to enjoy the flavors of life. My nervous system is wired very hypersensitively as a big feeler. So yes I am very picky and very selective. My passion in recent years gravitate towards what allows me to slow down and be present : aged Puer tea, Taoist qigong, Taoist meditation that allows me to develop a much deeper connection with my body and my psyche to navigate through life that works for me. I have been intentionally trying to honour both my nervous system and my body’s need to need significantly way more rest, often in solitude in silence, than other people I come across with in life. It’s rare to find people who are comfortable in sharing grounded silence that feels peaceful and nurturing as most are conditioned to fill the silence instead of taking in the moment as it is. I do enjoy in depth conversations with kind souls in rare occasions when I actually have enough energy but my social battery is just very limited. I do intentionally not rush myself through moments. I am a projector in human design, who is also the non sacral energy type. Unlike generators typed people who have a lot of energy to do a lot of things, I don’t and so for me it’s making sure that allowing myself to take extra rest and feel rested. I would like to cherish my way of traveling very slowly and flexibly with spontaneity, I do not like to be rushed into making decisions and I do not like to feel pressured into doing anything unless it feels aligned. I love to see where life leads in alignment as the best and memorable connections and experiences simply cannot be planned, it’s proximity and divinity in alignment ✨ for example discovery a good spot for food as I wander in a slow stroll, or catching beautiful sky or pretty plants and things I observe as I wander around ☺️ I may appear very quiet at times because I am recharging 😂so yes my way of life may seem quite boring but somewhat unpredictable on the spontaneous side. I am just learning to embrace how my brain and body uniquely to take better care of my wellbeing.
