Hey, I’m Adam! 👋 I’m a freelance chef who splits my life between working in luxury hotels and traveling the world. My work often gives me the chance to live on-site, which helps me save up and then head off exploring I’ve been on the road for about 8 years now and have visited 76 countries (aiming for 100 before I’m 40!). Travel for me isn’t just about ticking off places it’s about cultural immersion: eating local food, learning traditions, and connecting with people. Some of my most meaningful experiences have been through Couchsurfing, festivals, and chance encounters with strangers who became friends. When I’m not in a kitchen or on the move, I’m usually: • 📸 Taking photos or flying my drone • 🎶 Dancing at festivals (big trance fan, but I love all kinds of music) • 🍜 Hunting down amazing food (Vietnam is still my #1 for cuisine!) • 🌲 Hiking or exploring nature • ✈️ Planning the next adventure I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful.
