PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ A BOLD PARAGRAPH & EITHER MENTION IT OR COPY & PASTE INTO YOUR REQUEST. IF THIS IS NOT VISIBLE IN YOUR REQUEST I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST. CURRENT MISSION My mission is to share the many varied ways in which individuals can live without the use of toxic chemicals in their homes, gardens, food, personal items(ie soap, shampoo, beauty, garden products), reduce their plastic use to a minimum & have as little impact as possible on our environment (energy efficiency), at the same time protect our Earth. To visit and experience many places of interest in the world with the local people. To learn about other cultures, have lots of fun along the way and make new and interesting friends who share similiar values. To promote to peoples around the World to be a kinder, just and Earth friendly, thus enabling us to have a healthier, peaceful environment to live in. ABOUT ME I am a strong Independent, easy going person, who usually makes decisions spontaneously and have not lived to regret any of them. I am passionate about nature and the living creatures within it, but are not radical about it. I adore animals and do not like any sort of abuse or unkindess toward them. I do not tolerate Racism especially regarding our Indigenous peoples or Sexism. I believe strongly in Social Justice and Environmental and Animal protection and support several organisations that work on their behalf,( eg Amnesty International Australia, International Women's Development Agency, World Vison (I sponsored several children in Burma for 30 yrs), RSCPA, People for the Ethical treatment of Animals, International Foundation for Animal Welfare, Animals Asia, Animals Australia, Sea Shepherd, Greenpeace, Humane Society International, Bush Hertiage Fund, Australian Conservation Foundation, Australian Marine Conservation, Cairns & Far North Environmental Centre, United Nations High Commission for Refugees. PHILOSOPHY I try to live my life without harming human or animal kind and leaving as little impact on the earth as I am able. I believe it is vital that we protect the Enviroment and our Wildlife and I attempt to use Bio- Dynamic or Organic food & products as much as possible, as my responsibility for being on this Earth. I believe it is important to follow your Dreams and to be your own person and believe in yourself, especially when others do not.
At the moment I'm not accepting guests, due to my heavy training load and high pressure role at work this year. The update to the Couchsurfing app has made it impossible to switch my profile back to "not accepting guests." I had a fully completed profile that I'd put significant effort into, and with this update it's all been deleted. I'll get around to rewriting my profile when I get some spare time, and if this change to Couchsurfing hasn't put me off altogether.

Hello Friends 👋 I’m using Couchsurfing just to help Traveller when needed and practicing my English as I got difficult to learn new language. I am a bit introvert but you can trust me well. I travel less so I want to hear anything from you to see how’s life from different perspectives, never mind about your age, education, religion, race or nationality. Your story meant something for me ❤️
Hi! I'm an open-minded traveler and nature lover who enjoys discovering new cultures, sharing stories, and meeting genuine people. Clean, respectful of personal space, and always up for a good conversation or a walk around the city.
I was born in a small country town in South Australia and played just about every sport imaginable. I left home at 17 and was fortunate enough to work on some of the largest constructions jobs all over Australia, and this gave me the freedom and independence to explore the world. I enjoy running, cycling, playing sports (football, soccer, golf and padel). I also enjoy reading(kindle for convenience) and some of the books I have read this year include Sophie's World, Waking Up and My Story by Steven Gerrard. I am currently on my way back to South America to live for the next years, I fell in love with Latin America last time I was there and can wait to return!
I love travelling, I have been to Ireland, France, New Zealand, Wales, toured extensively throughout Australia. I have now set up my base in the rainforest environment in Kuranda and wish to share it with like minded social travellers.
Hi! I’m Solange, originally from Peru and raised in Barcelona, Spain. I’m currently travelling around Australia and enjoying discovering new places, meeting people from different cultures and collecting good memories along the way. 🌴✨ I’m friendly, easy-going, respectful and very clean. I love nature, animals, beaches, travelling, music, photography and having good conversations over a coffee or a drink. I’ve studied veterinary nursing and I also have experience working in hospitality and housekeeping, so I’m used to taking care of spaces and being responsible. I’m always happy to share experiences, learn from other people and discover a place from a local perspective. I believe the best part of travelling is the people you meet along the way. 🌎💛 Looking forward to meeting you!
