I was studying Biomedical Engineering (specialization Biomechanics), worked for over 2 years as a Support Consultant in IT company in Poland. In 2023 spent 3 months on internship in Khujand, Tajikistan as a teacher in primary school and also on travelling in Uzbekistan. I was an Exchange Coordinator of IAESTE Wrocław for 4 years. We are worldwide student association, which organizes internships abroad for students of technical studies. Now I'm an Exchange Coordinator in IAESTE Vienna. My name is Karolina, but you can call me Karo if it's easier for you (but not Karol, it's a male name in Polish). I'm vegetarian since 2012. I like to cook, especially bake cakes (used to bake a lot in the past). My passion is horse riding. I'm riding since I was 10, used to train dressage and bridless riding when I was a teenager. Now riding in the forest for fun when I'm in Poland. Back in Poland I was also a horse riding instructor. I really like mountain hiking, but I'm still not too familiar with high mountains like Alps.
