I grew up in India amidst of all the chaos and colors the country has to offer. Since we lived in a small town I had to move all around the country for my studies. So I was lucky to make meet so many awesome people on the way So all my best friends are from different parts of India Afterwards, I moved to Germany for my PhD. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher (fancy term for struggling phase after doctorate;) and trying to figure out why antidepressants work on some patients whereas others are nonresponsive to the treatment. Apart from Science, I absolutely love plants and have more than 100 plants in my apartment. I hate writing about myself but I can say that I like being amidst nature and enjoy life one day at a time. Let's just say My happy place is when people accept each other irrespective of inherent differences and enjoy the uncertainty life come with.

CURRENT MISSION Discover the world by bike At the end of June 2024, I returned from a year-long bicycle trip around the world that took me to 26 countries on 6 continents. I lived my big dream for a year and raised around 5000 € donations for the German Cancer Aid. My experiences on this tour were incredible and the support of the Couchsurfing community during the year on the road around the globe was overwhelming.
