I DON’T HOST ANYMORE AND I AM NOT IN ERICEIRA! To sum things up: I have lived in Norway, Czechia, Poland, Estonia, Panama, Germany, Lithuania, Spain, and Portugal. But I have been living back and forth between Spain and Portugal since 2014, except a brief period in which I lived in Lithuanua. At the moment I’m in Guatemala for a few months and will go to Panama for a few months in may. I’m back in Guatemala and I AM NOT IN ERICEIRA! CURRENT MISSION find my happy place ABOUT ME (this is what my old profile looked like. it took me a shitload of time and effort and these cunts came and eliminated the HTML tags: http://tinyurl.com/ronsoldprofile) I was born at a very young age, I think once upon a time in my life I was a chubby cute baby. Years went by and I met a Spanish hitchhiker that helped me discover that I had a thumb and how to use it... been hitchhiking ever since. I HATE TRAVELING! No, not really. I only wanted to say that because everybody states that they love traveling on their profiles. of course I love traveling, why else would I be here? I have a love/hate relationship with almost any kind of junk/street food. I love alcohol and I love to go out to the pub very often, fuck me right? According to my mum, I'm a good boy. I'm shy and quiet and it's very difficult for me to start a conversation. But once you get me started I can talk for hours! I'm a kid trapped in the body of a... kid . I have no idea what I'm doing with my life and I don't take it so seriously. One day I decided to start traveling, that day was back in november of 2009. I have traveled in Central America from North to South and from South to North a few times. I spent 6 months in the States. I have been in Europe basically since 2010 except the most part of 2012 when I traveled Latin America having finally hitchhiked two boats between Panama and Colombia (and back). I spent a year in Estonia taking a well deserve break from traveling and waiting for the right time to start traveling again, which was in december 2013. I didn't want a cold winter so I decided to go to the sunny South of Spain and for the first time in my travels (not even when I go back home) I unpacked my stuff and store my backback. I stayed in Granada for 9 months. I left middle of September to go back to the Baltics, Vilnius, Lithuania to be exact. Went back in "Graná" for few months but went to live in the South of Portugal. Lagos to be exact. After a few months back home, I lived in Ericeira, Portugal. San Sebastián, Basque Country. Sagres, Portugal for two years. Ericeira again. Sevilla. Lagos, Porto, and Raposeira, Portugal. Ericeira again. At the moment in Sevilla, Spain. Will go back to Lagos later 2024. I've worked in hostels in Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Germany, Panama, Spain, Lithuania and Portugal. I also volunteered in hostels in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Colombia and Spain. And according to my references, I...... love hitchhiking. For me it's not just getting from point A to B for free, it's a lifestyle. Every time I hitchhike I'm more convinced that the world is not a complete waste. There's still kind people willing to take you and share with you expecting nothing in return. And also, it's amazing how much useful/useless information you can learn. I don't have very good GPS skills, therefore I can wander around, will get lost and explore.I'm an explorer that is always smiling but can bring something new to your life. Since I liked to watch the Discovery Channel, NatGeo and The History Channel, I do quite good in pub quizes. I'm so generous I can share my toenail clippers with you. I'm very patient, meaning I won't get angry if you ask me a 31,764,913 times how to say "traveling" in spanish. Just in case, traveling = viajando. I was fast in gaining my sea legs which means that I can be helpful when you give me a ride in your sailboat! I can go out party adequately and could be bottled and sold in pharmacies as a boredom remedy. PHILOSOPHY The best plan is to have no plan at all I guess there's only one way to find out... Qué hora es? Give love regardless of what you receive Be courteous to all, sociable to many, close to few, friend to one and enemy to none.
I CAN’T HOST AT THE MOMENT. I live in Ericeira, not Lisbon. Hi, I’m Yulia! I’m a calm and friendly person. On weekends, I usually prefer spending time in nature rather than going to nightclubs — but I do enjoy going out to a pub or bar for some wine with friends. :) Feel free to connect on Instagram: @nyulka_
I am a artist recently living in the great city of Lisbon. I was living in the U.K. before moving here. In the U.K. I started a few art projects in leicester called art for change. I live creativity and sharing, deep conversations and getting to know you. We have so much to offer through sharing and breaking down the walls we have been conditioned to live in. Let’s make this world more creative and fill it with colours and love.

My instagram 👇🏼 https://www.instagram.com/alihankusakli I’ve been living in Lisbon for the last 2.5 years, but I spent around 4 years backpacking through Asia and Latin America before that. Travel has shaped most of my life. I’ve stayed with locals, volunteered, worked in kitchens, spent time in hostels, got stranded in unexpected places and collected more stories than I can remember. I also worked at Turkey’s only Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant and once won €25,000 on a quiz show, which mostly turned into more travel. I enjoy long conversations, local food, history, photography, walking around without a plan and learning how people actually live in a place rather than just seeing the highlights. I’m here for genuine cultural exchange, interesting people and good stories. If you’re curious, open-minded and respectful, we’ll probably get along.
Despite this, I do not spend all day in the computer, I enjoy the outdoors a lot. I grew up in the countryside, where I helped my father with rural work during my vacations before starting to study and move to the capital city. I like music a lot! I play in a group of Candombe Uruguayo here in Portugal called La Caterva. Furthermore, I play many instruments. I enjoy traveling a lot, and I am anxious to visit all the corners of the world. I think I have already said too much ... to know more, you would have to meet me ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ale.pascovich/

ooh well, what can I say.. hum I guess I'm a pretty laid back guy. Love people, just interact with whoever and smile =) I have a big passion which is traveling! Started traveling since I was a kid with my parents..always going on road trips whenever we could. So I guess that influenced me a lot in terms of discovering new places and meeting new people. About hosting : I tend to not to host as much... So before sending a request read my profile, if you come with someone else say who those people are, its always nice to know who is coming in! Send me a message with Soul (it's open to interpretation) haha It can be a short notice one.
I'm from Setúbal, Portugal the beautiful city you can see in some of my profile pictures. I love to spend my time surrounded by long-term friends and/or unknown ones. Learn with others, learn with new cultures, it's exactly what keeps me going on this journey. Hike and travel the world meeting new people while shooting life with my camera has became an addiction :) I'm looking forward to meet genuine and communicative people. I understand very well the concept of CS and I agree that “sleeping for free” is one of the main attractions from it (I love it as well) but I want more, I love people, so…I’m all about interpersonal relations. Here you have to talk and get along, not only say “good night, sleep well”. Communication is imperative in this house 😀Sleeping for free is just a plus, if you are just looking for a guy to help you saving money maybe it's a good time to look for someone else. I want more. If you want to walk alone or with the people you came with I’m not the one to be with as well! Hope you guys understand. I make big efforts to make your experience unforgettable (taking you everywhere possible: hills, beaches, restaurants, hiking, spending my own money for gas that is not much) so come with good spirit, get ready to not take the life that serious because I make fun of everything, smile and let it go. I'm an easy-going guy that respects both guests/hosts. If you wanna cook bring your stuff, I will let you cook as if you were at home. I love when people cook their own country’s food! It’s not a request I just like it! Feel free!
I get lots of requests every day, so if I don't answer you it's just because I just can't manage to answer all the messages. We live 3 of us in a small apartment in the city center. Unfortunately, we don't have a guest room, but I can have one person in my own room, so I can only host for 2 nights and one person per week. Please don't waste your time with a copy/paste messages, I can smell this kind of message from the first 3 words. So, be kind and true. Looking forward to meeting you. __________________________ Born in the Amazon, now based in Lisbon and trying to travel the world. I do believe in Newton's Third Law, The only way for men to get anywhere is to leave something behind. Instagram: @phe.photo https://www.instagram.com/phe.photo I consider myself a Hobbit, not only my feet are fat, flat, and perfect for walking everywhere barefoot, but also my heart can be very attached to the place I consider home, at the same time I go all the way to a new adventure. Like Bilbo himself used to say: "...there was only one Road; that it was like a great river: its springs were at every doorstep, and every path was its tributary." Step out our door is all we have to do, right? I don't do photography, I breathe it. Night photography is my favorite kind of it. Living in this world without photographing is like living not only without my eyes but all my senses. Nature is my temple, photography is my meditation. Grew up playing D&D. I also love cinema (Italian, French, Polish, Russian, Japanese are my favorites) I'm a musician and I scream and play the guitar in a Carimbó (afro Caribbean music) band. I would love my life to fit into a backpack, but I am very attached to life's imprinting things like my action figures, books, old cameras, etc. If you read all this, say 'Mellon' at the beginning of the message and I'll be happy to read your request.
