Hi. My name is Patric. I was born in Switzerland and moved 2017 to Andalusia. Now I live 8km outside of Ronda, Spain. Because I live 8km outside of Ronda you do have to have car, a motorbike or a bike to come to my place. There is no public transportation from Ronda to my house! And it's impossible to walk (except you are a professional long distance hiker who is used to walk in the Andalusian heat, have a lightweight backpack and lot of water with you)! Please indicate in your couch request how you will come to my house and back in town. Do you want to know more about me? Just ask...!
I would define me as easy-going, open-minded and energetic. I am quite optimistic generally. I love travelling and sharing experiences with different people around the world. If you would like me to host you, please write a personal request. I am not always able to host but I might hang out and help with some advice.

CURRENT MISSION " A better world is possible " Learn, respect, tolerance, explore, discover and sustainability ABOUT ME I consider myself very friendly, polite, open, curious, emphatic... Self-description is a really dificult task !! I like to believe that if I am good to others, others will be good to me :) If you would like to know more about me, just google: DIARIOS DE MIRAMONDO. This is a personal blog I have been writing for nine years now! PHILOSOPHY We are visitors on this planet. We are here for ninety or one hundred years at the very most. During that period, we must try to do something good, something useful, with our lives. If you contribute to other people happiness, you will find the true goal, the true meaning of life. (By the Dalai Lama)
I'm originally from Seville, the capital of Andalusia (Spain). Since I started University, I have been lucky to study/work in several countries. I traveled to many places in the World. Some years ago I finished a 2 years around the world trip through Asia and America and since then I haven't stopped traveling for work and pleasure. I think people are right when they say I'm a nomad... xD I guide adventure trips in summer (mostly in Iceland), I guide in Spain and Portugal during spring and fall and in West Africa during winter. I have also worked as a Spanish teacher in universities in Yekaterinburg (Russia) and Belém (Brazil). Moreover, I try to visit my family often in my hometown (Sevilla). I don't host there, but I'm always happy to meet, give advices, help and show people around if I can. I bought a house in Montejaque (Málaga province, near Ronda), my grandma's village, and I m remodeling it. If I am around, I'll be happy to host CSfers.
CURRENT MISSION Raise my baby and my farm. Do not think too much ABOUT ME I am just a normal person. ok, i love baked beans. PHILOSOPHY Nunca mojes la moqueta.
CURRENT MISSION To save the world and move to New Orleans ABOUT ME I'm just another daydreamer like you PHILOSOPHY Leave things better than you find them
CURRENT MISSION Just BE! ABOUT ME When I was 4 years old, I was about to die hit by a car. That night I asked my mother what happens when we die? In time, I've realized that when we think about the death, our life becomes deepest. I've learned a lot about physical activities and sport. Rock climbing has become a moving meditation to me, a way to the present moment of the life. It give me the opportunity to get a deeply contact with the nature, with mother earth and I love it. My experience has shown me that there are no limits, just stages... and if we really believe in us, we can always go farther, beyond our limits! I think that it's our responsability to keep this planet in her most natural shape! PHILOSOPHY You want to have a very hard life? then try to change others ... you want to have a happy life?? just change yourself an respect others!! To change yourself is the best way to change the world!! To consider all ( animals, nature, people, sky...) my teachers , that way i'll always know i'm a student and I'll be able to keep constantly in a learning process!!! Focuss on the present moment of the life! mindfulness!
Soy una persona trabajadora y responsable. Vivo solo y ofrezco alojamiento a gente que esta viajando por la costa del sol.
No bio yet, probably off exploring
Super curious what the next chapter will bring … Born Kurdish, Viking trained, made in London, lived in a few places in between such as Dubai, Erbil and a few parts of the world while going on a world travel mission and eventually landed in the city of Angels which ended up being the place I mostly felt like home and yet the wind and the oceans still brought me back to the Mediterranean Sea last year :) I love my life and all the experiences I’ve been fortunate to explore with the shamans in the Peruvian Amazon, A Rojava mother of 4 positive attitude of life in a refugee camp outside of Erbil, the dedicated monks and nuns of Tibet… the list could go on forever It’s not about how far and how fast one travels, for me it’s how quickly can I become a local to truly see and experience life from their perspective. That’s when I really feel I’m learning something and growing as a person I’m not on this platform all the time but when I do come on it, I love how it takes me to towns and places I would of never known of before such as Zagarolo outside of Roma and Arcos de La Frontera in Andalusia. These two experiences have changed my mind of how to travel from now on when it comes to experiencing the real essence of a culture
