在台中度过几个冬天后，我的中文说得相当不错，但读写能力却很差 我将于9月24日开始在中国进行为期一个月的旅行，随后前往尼泊尔。 由于行程恰逢“黄金周”假期，我不确定该如何安排行程 Been away from couchsurfing for 5 years - but back now in August 2026 as they invited old member back without payment.. Just trying to get outdoors as much as possible (Freeride with ski and board in winter, vertride my mtbike in Summer). Moved to Innsbruck beginning of December 2015 to enjoy the great vibe of the biggest mountain town in Europe.... Then I lived from 2020-2024 in Cyprus during summer and Taiwan during winter - and since early 2024 moved back to Innsbruck for the mountains... I try to travel as much as possible- but usually I don't find as much time as I like for it. Most of my travel is accompanied by my Mountainbike, road bike or paraglider. I love exploring new outdoor regions with nothing else but my Openmtbmap - then discovering new daunting trails. Like to step into foreign cultures - but not much at all of a museum or institutionalized culture person. I get bored by most kind or art (except function like a science museum, or Da Vinci and similar) but love modern theatre.. I love sports - so of course I do not smoke... Got a separate sleeping room in my flat for hosting - but again I travel quite often and spontaeously... 10 minutes by foot to city centre of Innsbruck.
Living in beautiful Innsbruck, in a flat next to main station with awesome view to our home mountain peaks Serles, Nockspitze and patscherkofel The environment and how our behaving affects it, is a main issue and long lasting process in my live. So I try to live as sustainable as possible (I eat vegan, only use my bike, buy unpacked food, save food, don't buy new things...). This is also what I expect from my visitors, that they can reflect their habitudes and how we wanna live on this unique and vulnerable planet. So what I'm also doing and what I think is one solution to achieve a political movement, is civil disobedience. So when you're here, I might go to a protest or blockade and would love to take you there with me. And now I (hopefully) found my passion in my new job, as I will start working in environmental education. With this new persepective I hope a can support the transformation of our society and teach kids and the next generation, that sustanibility and a green attitude is the only way, how we can save humanity. Cause the planet will repair itself after a couple of thousand years.... ABOUT ME i'm a really open minded and happy girl, love laughing, having interesting chats and get to know cool people. if I want, i talk really much and fast, so don't hesitate to interrupt me, but there's always heaps to talk about. sometimes i'm maybe a bit weird (in a positive way) and clumsy, but my friends love me for that as all the stupid funny things happen to me XD I love going out, having a drink or some more, love festivals, yoga, deep conversations... Servus, I am Niels, born dutchman, raised in Germany and now living in the beautiful Austrian Alps. When I´m neither studying nor working my part-time job you will probably meet me in the mountains either chasing the finest pow or exploring the infinite amount of trails this place has to offer. Apart from that I also really enjoy taking my time in nature by multi day hiking and camping in hidden valleys in a meditative and spiritual way. During the weekend, I invest my time in Innsbrucks subculture by making some proper raves with friends. As an open minded traveler I love to share stories but am always hungry for the next adventure, whatever that might be.
