ABOUT ME I'd describe myself as an open minded, easy-going and adventurous kind of person who likes to experience everything that life has to offer. I enjoy meeting people from all kinds of cultural backgrounds and sharing stories to broaden my horizon and learn about different perspectives. Besides that, I'm always down for some random adventures. I thrive on spontaneity and believe that the best adventures often come from unplanned moments. Having grown up in a a big city, I now find joy in reconnecting with nature and often seek out hiking opportunities wherever I go. I much prefer the serenity of the outdoors to the hustle and bustle of urban sightseeing. Give me a tent under the stars over a hotel room any day. That said, I do appreciate the cultural richness cities offer—I enjoy spending time in cafes, pubs, museums, and galleries, absorbing the local vibe. There are four of us: Nicole (42), Meret (19), Rio (15) and I (45). Despite - or probably because - of the chaos that our small family cosmos produces every day, we still like being together. We are quite content with our life and what we have in it. We live quite secluded (but not lonely) in the middle of the forest and try to get by here with as little unnecessary ballast as possible. As far as possible, we shape our everyday life with what is available on site, within the natural cycles and in harmony with the seasons. We do a lot by ourselves, like to recycle and upcycle, and tinker with and on all sorts of things. Of course, we also think sustainability is great! :-) A longer time ago we both studied something, even to the end! Nicole studied dentistry, I (among other things) folklore/cultural history, history of art and East European history. However, that says very little about us. Hopefully you can have a clever conversation with us. But we don't cultivate any academic airs and graces. Basically we like down-to-earth people who do their daily work with joy (like us), can manage things with their own hands, know how to help themselves, who don't take themselves too seriously and who prefer to ask questions than to always have "the" "right" answer for everything. Nicole fixes her patient's teeth (and sometimes also their souls). I'm a historian but work as a maintenance man in a forest kindergarden, handyman and landscape contractor.
I do not host people at the moment. Not a good writer, just ask me what you want. I have a huge flat in the city center and you are welcome to stay here. You can sleep on my sofa either with your sleeping bag or i can provide you bedding and linen. I don't have pets and pets are not allowed. Feel free to use the kitchen and the washing machine. Train and bus are very close. You can stay up to three nights. During days i have to work and of course i have my own life. But if you want and i have time we can spend time together (cooking, grab some beer, hiking or i can show you the city or something else).
I am nurse and I love travelling, backpacking and travel on train, hitchhiking. I learn more about other cultures. Right now I am not settled and I am quite often away on my way. I use all my free time to discover new things, travel and see that the world is without borders, enjoy life before and create connections with people, have friends in all the world and as well people to connect with each other. I am very dynamic person. I am crazy about learn new languages, so speak fluent six languages and I hope to practice and improve while speaking with native speakers 🇩🇪🇷🇺🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇧🇷. I would like to improve my oral speaking in 🇧🇷🇨🇮 🇩🇰 🇨🇭. I would love to learn any language you speak. I love languages! 🇩🇰 Jeg er ved at lære dansk og har brug for hjælp til udtale og håber, at jeg en dag kan tage på cykeltur i Danmark eller endda flytte til Danmark, hehehe.
