I'm a laid-back guy from Northern Germany, which is also where I live now (after having spent the previous 15 years living in Canada, Denmark, Switzerland, Munich and Berlin). My roots to my home have always been strong and I love the place where I live now (as I have loved all the other places where I have lived before). Still, my job allows me to get my fair share of city life every 2 weeks (in Frankfurt), and I of course still love a nice travel a few times a year. Usually, I think I'm quite cheerful (of course, the occasional grumpiness can't be always avoided :-P), love to smile, be around good people and all types of animals. But I find it rather difficult to describe myself, so you'll probably be better off reading some of my references from other Couchsurfers.
Ich bin gerne unterwegs. Im Sommer gerne Camping mit meinem Peugoet Rifter. Das mache ich auch viel alleine, wobei ich dabei oft und gerne unfassbar tolle Menschen kennenlerne. Ich höre viel positives über Couchsurfing und möchte es daher selbst auch ausprobieren. Ich würde mich als unkompliziert bezeichnen. Bin neugierig und für spontane Aktivitäten zu haben. I like being on the road. In summer I like camping with my Peugoet Rifter. I also do a lot of that on my own, but I often enjoy meeting incredibly great people. I hear a lot of positive things about couchsurfing and would therefore like to try it myself. I would describe myself as uncomplicated. I'm curious and up for spontaneous activities.
I'm an openminded and tolerant person. I'm interesting in travelling to foreign countries als well as meeting people from all over the world. I've got two adults children (boy, 35 years, and girl, 31 years) who are already living for their own. I'm living in a house of my own together with my dog and three cats.
