I really wanna learn and share our experience &thoughts in our life! 👶 about my growth: I grew up in ChiaYi(south of Taiwan) and lived in Taipei for 7years, getting my medical doctor degree. I have the disease of Tourette’s syndrome, so please watch and tolerate my ridiculous expressions 😜. Due to my TS, I practice yoga to relieve my tics symptoms, and it really worked! Thus, I fell in love with yoga and lived in India for becoming an yoga instructor. After that I taught yoga in lots of countries during my backpacker journey, which brought light and dark into my life. The light is that I met lots of people suffering from pain problems, and on the other hand, the dark is that bad yoga poses broke my waist which made me couldn’t stand sometimes. I sought for lots of treatment in my hospital and all treatment were in vain, even the Chinese acupuncture. I was so disappointed because it felt like I was betrayed by myself in order to becoming a doctor but what I learnt was useless to people! After that I moved to south living with ocean for two years to learn from a Dry Needling master to cure my waist disease. At the same time I invented medical yoga, which can do simple exercises and then kick their pain away just at home. It was just like the miracle in my life and light tower for every patients who have musculoskeletal problems! By means of posting lots of videos of my patients getting cured to YouTube, I became more popular in this field. Thus I went back to Taipei (my favorite city) for building my Pain Management Center. I’m planning to build a medical yoga center next year. I love to do Volunteer clinic in the rural places for poor and painful people, especially east part of Taiwan. Maybe one day you can join us! 😇My another job: I’m a western Medical doctor whose major is Pain Management by Dry Needling and Acupuncture. Now I'm the Dean of Dr.VICTOR- International Pain Management Center, in Taipei. I have to say that I’m one of the most lucky person in the world who just knows his destiny and finds out what’s the best joyful career in such an early age. When I see ppl cured by my treatment, and they don’t need wheel chair/cane anymore, or don’t feel painful and then return to their normal life with great quality of life, it’s the happiest thing in my life! 📖 I’m also the Author of “Medical Yoga- Bible for Pain relief”, which is published in Asia in 2019/8. Now it’s the bestseller book in Eslite(the biggest bookstore in Taiwan&HK). 🧘♂️My main interests: Hiking, free diving and Photography are the two things I do always love, as well as improve all the time. To date, I've been around a fair part of Europe, some of the US, and am just getting started on the rest of the world, which means I've still got many trips ahead of me!
