CURRENT MISSION Keep the faith about CS ( full time job ) ABOUT ME 1st important thing : I'm not in PARIS . I'm like 35 minutes or so from central Paris ( to be more specific from Saint-Lazare which is close to Opéra ) and my place is just few meters from station to reach Paris . For a quicker communication I like to use Whatsapp ( + 33695458602 ) , FB or Skype . This is how my profile looked like before : https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/238124/profile/legacy Now something I added since CS changed so lot and it becomes crazy , so sorry U have to read this but this is for the good of both of US :) So as messages are not easy to handle and sometimes they get lost , if U wanna have a couch , send me a REQUEST not a message !!! I'm usually a very nice guy , and I take time to reply to everyone but what I expect is U are interested at least a bit about sharing , not only a place to crash , because if I say " YES " to a request , I'll never let U down and will do it well , but the least U can do is to read few things about me , my home , profile ( even if it's just for U ) , when I host someone is because I want to , I don't need to get more references ( Mean I don't it for this ) and it does not even help me when I want to be hosted anyway !!! If U are brave enough U'll read the whole profile and U have 2 things U can write in your request the 1st one is : Get the mother fucker on the phone ! The 2nd one is somewhere else on the profile :))))))))) For me , the request is one thing but I'm not crazy about them , which means I trust my intuition/feelings so , the only I care about is to know if U read about me , where I'm and if U are interested by meeting me , and if I like your profile , then it can work with a simple but nice request :) Like anything for me : It's about quality not quantity ! I'm someone curious about people and what life , conversations can bring me and teach me . I prefer in anything quality more than quantity, that's the reason why i have few but real friends. I like to listen and observe, to laugh and make laugh. Sometimes I'm serious , sometimes I'm a bit crazy . I'm open-minded but I'm also extreme in my points of view . I have contradictions (maybe more than the average) and I'm aware of them like to take some concrete example : I like high-tech things and at same time I'm old school (like to write letters ) . I'm tryin' to understand myself and others more and more each day. PHILOSOPHY Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, it can be anything ! Quality over quantity Experience more
Hey hey, you just landed on Monti's CS profile :) You can reach me on IG via @metamontino (btw I can host you peeps but last min request usually don’t work cuz I have plans most of the time) So far, I've lived in Tetouan, Lyon, Daejeon (Korea) and Paris. Very fond of traveling, I try to go where people haven’t been much. I’m a sucker for the thrill & the adventure. Some life inspirations ! Basquiat for his expressive courageous take on the world, Mishima for giving equal importance to the body and the mind, Nietsche for his transcendental philosophy, Hemingway for his bold and serene depiction of a wild world, Murakami for having awakened in me the emotional artistic approach to life. I have a good sense of humour. The more people get to know me, the merrier we get. I'm most passionate about life, how to make the most of it, about how an individual, feeling ever so different special and unique, can thrive in society as a whole. Big sports addict, I’m a regular at either climbing, gym, soccer, boxing, or snowboarding & surfing on vacayyy
CURRENT MISSION The more I meet people from other countries or my hometown Paris,France, the more I understand. ABOUT ME I love travelling. I've been already many times in Mexico, US and eastern europe. I figured out as well that great people are everywhere ( in Paris or in São Paulo) just need to recognize them when you see them. PHILOSOPHY We're all the same with our differences. My philosophy is to be humble and try to understand other human beings. I think that by being closer of each other by understanding other cultures, speaking several languages we can bridge the gap between us without forgetting our particularities.
I'm an open-minded guy. Born and raised in Germany 🇩🇪, I came to Paris 🇫🇷 for work and live there for more than 20 years now. I like to travel, share good meals 🍽 or a glass of beer 🍻 / wine 🍷 (maybe even several) and plenty of other interests with good friends. Hope to see you soon! 😏

I'm a French man, born in Paris suburb. I grew up in a small village near Nice in the south east of France where you can enjoy outdoors activities either in the mountain or in the sea. I came back in Paris area for my education. And now, I work there as a software engineer.
After some studies in astrophysics, I decided to switch to music cause it's more fun. Слава Україні 🇺🇦 I will reply with pleasure to each PERSONNAL request. I'm not a free hostel : any generic/copy-paste request will get a copy-paste negative answer (don't be surprised !) with this link : https://www.reddit.com/r/couchsurfing/comments/4kvnoy/advice_on_how_to_write_a_good_couch_request/
CURRENTLY TRAVELLING. NOT ABLE TO HOST UNTIL AT LEAST OCTOBER. And people are in my flat so not able to share it :( This is my twelfth year in Paris and I still love this city. I am fond of my country and what I enjoy even more is sharing it with foreigners and giving them a good experience.
PHILOSOPHY A vida é o que fazemos dela. As viagens são os viajantes. O que vemos, não é o que vemos, senão o que somos. Life is what we make of it. The trips are the travelers themselves. What we see isn't what we see, but only what we are. Fernando Pessoa Enjoy while learning 🏊🏃🍳🥘🍲 ABOUT ME I like meeting people with different thoughts and beliefs and I enjoy learning languages, too. Passionate of cooking and trying new dishes. I go swimming/cycling/running or to the gym at least 5 times per week, as a way to keep my balance. I love animals, especially birds and nature in general.
I'm a TRICHSTER. Meaning: I suffer from a condition called TRICHOTILLOMANIA (you can just google it!) where I pull out my own beautiful hair. I've been dealing with this for quiet long, and it made me realize that life is silly and that we are what we didn't chose to be. So, let's spread empathy and love one towards the other (nobody knows what the other is dealing with :))! Cheatsheet 😉: 1- Please do not send a request too long before your trip (ideally 2 weeks or less before your expected arrival) 2- Read my home section 3- Only send a request if you're a cat lover (to have a good reference from my furry son Kebab as well)
Two years ago, I travelled for one year, launched a podcast, and learned what matters most to me: authentic connection and kindness. I grew up in Paris, have lived in a few countries, and now travel as a digital nomad. I cook, love ecstatic dance, and I’m happiest in long conversations about existence and what matters. One memorable year highlights: a 21-day Vipassana retreat and hosting the pilot of a travel show in the Georgia. I’m happiest with people who are kind, emotionally present, and excited to explore — both the inner life and new places. I’m on Instagram as @Vincent.E.Paul if you want a visual sense of my travels and work. I’m here to meet curious locals and fellow travelers.
