CURRENT MISSION in transit ABOUT ME I'm 36, from Rijeka, Croatia. Spent my childhood on Krk island, and moved to Rijeka with my family when I was 9. I lived in Zagreb for three years during my studies, and lived in New Zealand on working holiday visa. Now I'm living in wonderful Rijeka again, where I run a free walking tour.

Well, my name is Chiara and no one knows how to pronounce my name (except Italians) so don't worry. I am from Rijeka, Croatia but I have corazón Latino ❤️ That means I am in love with my life, I love when music is too loud, alcohol is too strong or people way too passionate. I love latino culture, music and way of life. Everything is pura buena onda ♡. As a 14 year old I was encouraged by my beloved father to went to London all by myself and discover what it feels like to live, to discover, to travel. So I did and thanks to him, I become an incurable travel addict. I was never sure what I wanted to do for a living that is why I am still wandering in life, trying to find myself and enjoying at the process. I have an inner urge to express myself through art; I often write poems and do photography. I'm in love with every aspect of art no matter whether is it photography, fashion, cinematography, painting, architecture, music, writing or anything creative someone is doing as long as they are passionate about that. I would describe myself as an easy going, adventures, open minded, sarcastic, humorous and optimistic person who would like to spend life travelling around the world. I love learning about new cultures, languages and customs. On the other hand, my mother told me I am hard to swallow because of my indecisiveness that is as wide and wavering as the ocean. My name is Mia, a 30-year-old Croatian adventurous soul with a passion for connecting with people and experiencing life to it's fullest. By profession, I'm a counselor, by interests a whole-hearted travel planner, a savy digital marketing specialist, an adventurous climber and hiker. My journey into the wide world began with exploring Europe with friends, leading to eight months living, working, and exploring the US. From there, I embarked on a two-months backpacking adventure through South America and did some epic roadtrips with friends in Mexico. Once seen the West it was time for the East and backpacking thru South-East Asia was just the beggining of it. Eventually, I traded a conventional full-time job for a volunteering in hostels across Europe and discovered my passion for photography and writing which lead me to my current profession ~ digital marketing. My greatest fear is missing out on life's adventures, while my biggest regret would be not seizing every opportunity that comes my way. After University I opened the shop with eco-products.I had an idea for which was still too early. I closed my shop and moved to Zagreb. I worked in Zagreb and I started to train acrobatics on silk. Now I leave in Rijeka and I am working in private company as office manager. I am also clown doctor for Red noses association, I perform as aerialist and dancer. Grew up in Croatia in a big city but spent a lot of time in the country side. From early age I was shaped by my connection to nature, especially rivers and animal world. Moving my body, dancing is here from the start and is just shape shifting through different disciplines and ways of moving. Finding balance is daily topic, same as finding my place in this modern world, when I would be happiest living in and with the nature. I love creating different things - it just makes me so happy seeing that something that I created - jewelry, different object or even food. What I want to improve and learn about in my life is more about plants, how to grow them, use them, preserve..but also to recognise wild plants and when is their time etc. All in all - I want to grow and learn.🌼
