Iโm Kristian, Iโm 19 and from Ontario, Canada. I started travelling last year after graduating high school, and itโs honestly been one of the best decisions Iโve ever made. Iโve been to six countries so far, plus I spent a day in China, so Iโm still figuring out whether I can count that one. I also spent a good amount of time in Australia working and travelling around, which was my first real experience living abroad. Iโm a travel creator with over 120,000 followers across social media, so a lot of my life now revolves around travelling, filming, editing, and sharing the places I go. Iโm definitely not the quiet, sit-around and do nothing type. Iโm pretty high energy, always down to go do something, and I love meeting people who are just as spontaneous. Iโm into hiking, getting outside, finding random places, trying new things, going out, and pretty much anything that turns into a good story. One of my favourite parts of travelling is meeting people from completely different backgrounds and ending up doing things I never would have planned on my own. Iโm not really interested in just checking off tourist attractions, I want to actually experience the place, meet locals, and make friends along the way. Thatโs a big reason Iโm on Couchsurfing.
