I am hard to be offended and cannot stand the touchy either. _____ Couchserfing for me is not the way of saving money, come on, there're cheap hostels everywhere. It's only about meeting people, discovering their perspectives and living their lives. So, if I host you, it means I'm interesting in you, in spending time w/ you, I'm eager to know you! If I stay at someone's place, I'm fully interested in everything a person can share w/ me: the host's favourite music/films/books/whatever; your favourite spots in the city, your opinion about politics/creation of the Universe/ your grandmother's best recepie - everything! At the same time I am to fully respect your own private life and schedule you stick to.
