travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer! ABOUT ME I'm a friendly, open-minded, positive-thinking, adventurous and responsible 29 year old girl from beautiful Switzerland. My biggest passion is travelling and exploring new countries and cultures. I love being in nature and doing hikes. I did twice a 7 months journey (including a 2 month volunteering job in cameroon) and have been to about 50 countries so far. I like backpacking and staying at basic hotels or hostels - I'm not looking for any 5 star resorts as I want to experience the real life of locals. Other things I like: - sport - socializing with friends and family - reading books - hiking - snorkeling and diving - dancing and music - eating good food - watching a great movie - enjoying life with its beauty

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like couchsurfing as it showes you a very authentic way of travelling. Staying with locals shows you the true side of a country and its people. You get the chance to explore special places that tourists usually don't know and you are able to make friends from all over the world.
