Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We want to be able to have the opportunity to let people experience (wherever we happen to be living) a 'local's' view of the area. From our encounters whilst traveling we have had people take us in, show us a part of their area, allowing us an experience that would have otherwise passed us by. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE In my travels I have met wonderful people that have taken me in & offered me somewhere to stay or even shown me a side of their city/village that I would not have otherwise seen.
Music, Movies, and Books
The house has a wide range & I think it is fair to say we cover almost every aspect - we are always interested in sharing & discovering music, films & good books from around the world.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Between us there are many & none of us are able to pinpoint a particular event. However if you would like to join us over a beer we would love to discuss what you have found amazing in your life & us in ours.
Teach, Learn, Share
Between us we have a variety of skills & experiences with a long list of what we would like to learn so here are just a couple of things. We have some native english & german speakers, some learnt spanish, as well as a scattering of french, italian & japanese. We are always interested in learning new phrases. We also love to cook & will share our knowledge & hope to learn from others as well.
My Interests
We have a number of shared interests from traveling (obviously), music, scuba diving/snorkeling, sailing, hiking, reading & cooking. Gardening also makes a mention in there as well as some more things I am sure. anyway you get the idea :)
