I love meeting people from different cultures and countries. I would be glad to help as a native Iranian who will explain everything about Iran. I teach English language and Latin calligraphy for a living and my wife is a musician. She plays Iranian instruments. My friends know me as lively, sociable, romantic, and sometimes crazy :-) Paragliding, music, photography, calligraphy ,learning languages, and getting to know about cultures are my stuff of interest. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I`m here because I wanna play a part in helping tourists feel safe and happy in Iran. My first experience meeting non-Iranian people was near my 18th birthday when I happened to visit some guys from Poland and Netherlands in my English class. I was so excited and happy exchanging thoughts and words with them. That ignited the idea of looking for tourist everywhere. Wish I had found out about Couchsurfing much earlier.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love Iran`s traditional music, Banjo, the piano, and orchestras. I play the santoor, an original Iranian instrument, and my friends are musicians too. I love "The Lord of the Rings" by J.R.R Tolkien, both the movie and the novel, Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Connan Doyle. And definitely a Friends freak.
