They are awesome when it comes to getting away from reality and relaxing.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Train trip with my friend to Ukraine. 24hrs on the train to the Crimea. Totally spontaneous and unplanned. Getting lost in Morroccan medina at night. Creepy. Seeing Wadi-Rum desert in Jordan. Unforgettable view.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always willing to learn new recipes. So if you can teach/show me how to cook a dish of your local cuisine I'd be more than delighted. Your first-hand experience is highly valuable for me. I know Russian, so if you'd like to learn some - be my guest. On the other hand, if you know Russian, I'd love to practice a little bit.
My Interests
Love cooking, trying local cuisines. For me much of the travelling is about local food, spices etc. I will never forget the taste of cheburek which I tried at the Crimea. I enjoy reading books, at the moment I'm crazy about books by Russian author Aleksandra Marinina - crime stories. Soooo engrossing. Not that much of an interest, but I collect fridge magnets. Yep, that was a hint :-)
