CURRENT MISSION learn, travel, be happy, in no particular order, or perhaps all three together ABOUT ME I *love* traveling. I have lived in the UK, Japan, and, of course (since I was born and raised), the US. I would like to learn a multitude of languages so that I could converse with the local people when I travel, but I'm not sure my language-learning aptitude will permit me to do that. I lived in Japan for three years and can only chat about basic stuff. Same goes for Spanish, though I only lived in Mexico for one summer, but I studied Spanish for two years. Ah, well. I like meeting new people and exploring new places. I used to be more active on Couchsurfing, but after having my daughter in 2010, I am willing to show people around, but a bit less willing to host overnight stays. PHILOSOPHY Live life without regret.
