One Amazing Thing I've Done
I rode the Alcan Highway with my wife in 1977 on a 550 Honda - when it was still dirt. It rained all of the 9 days we were on it. That was our Honeymoon. We did it again for our 25th anniversary.Just completed a 3 week motorcycle adventure in India on Royal Enfields.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have 30 years of experience as a custom furniture builder. I especially like working with fine quality Japanese hand tools. I would really enjoy teaching anyone interested in working with tools. I sharpen knives too and can teach that. I'd like to learn how to travel fearlessly in other cultures. I've been to Europe but not much else.
My Interests
motorcycle travel, especially in the mountains being outside making things with my hands - especially wood listening to Deep Tracks on XM radio watching movies on Netflix cooking with my wife creating new cocktails
