Without connections, human society would die. I believe a great amount of the worlds problems would be solved with tolerance and an open mind. Couchsurfing is a good little step in this direction :). Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hosting, attending meetings and events, partay :) COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I was active in the Beijing couchsurfing community. Spent alot of time in an apartment that basically had couchsurfers staying there all the time. Good experiences, awesome people alround :). Hosted alot of people on a houseboat in Cairo, together with Julie Gommes.
Music, Movies, and Books
Many many many. HBO rocks. I will read anything basically. Music that forces you to move (despite inability to dance sober!).
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Swimming in the natural paradise of Semuc Champey. Three Sahara desert trips. Partying alot in Beijing. Living on a houseboat on the Nile.

My Interests
Very varied. My main interest is politics and history, as well as languages. I really enjoy just talking about anything, and also if the other person can keep me from getting too serious all the time. :) Sports is also very fun. I've dabbled in a few, but master of none of them. Currently I'm just running and working out. :)
