ABOUT ME Some centuries or decades ago one could travel the Earth with little or no resources experiences the hospitality of local people who would host, feed and experience the unexpected guests with curiosity. Unfortunately, this attitude towards strangers is long gone. One thinks what one can gain from encounters with others, considers dangers when first meeting new ppl etc. Can one imagine knocking at the door of modern world? and asking for a bed? It is unthinkable that one would be received readily. I think couchsurfing gives us that opportunity to at least a little revert this trend.
