CURRENT MISSION to have my grandchildren be fluent speakers of their native language by the time they are 7 years old. ABOUT ME As a fluent Mohawk language speaker I want to help other Mohawks learn our language as that is the key to our identity! PHILOSOPHY Treat others as you would like to be treated. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I am active in ensuring we do not lose our Mohawk language and culture. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE What my daughter has told me about her CouchSurfing experiences & friends she has made. I hate to spend $ on a hotel room & prefer to stay with friends, which I've done many times.

Seeing our preemie granddaughter grow to be a beautiful and healthy girl who will be 4 on April 3! Seeing the Black Hills, visiting San Francisco & walking through China Town at 6 in the morning. Spending 10 days at a healing center in Winnipeg last summer. Santa Fe, New Mexico
