CURRENT MISSION Moving To China in Febuary ABOUT ME I enjoy changing scenery. Real life has the tendency to bring you down too quickly. I can't wait to get back on a train to 'where ever' PHILOSOPHY "It'll be right where you left it." That was what I put as my philosophy a year ago when i made this account. It still seems to hold true. I struggle with leaving areas I fall in love with because i'm afraid that it won't be there (or be so different) when I am able to return. But if you think like that, you'll never leave, and never discover new places to love.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE On my backpacking trip through Europe I tried to get in touch with a few couch surfers (when I was getting desperate for a place to stay). Unfortunately it didn't work out :( Back in my hometown I've had one request for a couch surf, and although the guys who requested it decided to drive through, i was able to direct them to a place they could set up camp.
Music, Movies, and Books
It has been a while since I've read a good book (since my backpacking trip actually, long train rides go quick with a good book :D Lord of the flies, animal farm, 1984, and Catcher in the Rye have all been some of my favorites. It's been a while since I've seen a movie (let alone a good one) but I do enjoy movies of all types when i have a chance to watch them.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
backpacked through Europe, knowing almost nothing about the continent before embarking. Best experience of my life, one which I hope to repeat.
