CURRENT MISSION My current short term mission is to travel with my teenage children, and to give them an idea of the Indian culture ABOUT ME I enjoy travelling, most of all to meet people from other cultures. For some years in my youth I was a tour guide, and even though I lived abroad with my children for some years, I have never given up the thought of travelling again some time. I am curious, talkative, can find my way around, love cooking, love travelling with my teenage children PHILOSOPHY I live my life to have fun, to mingle with interesting people, to see and to taste. So I travel with my students, travel with family and friends, go for long walks to enjoy nature

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I would like to CS, but just as I signed up, with two rooms empty in my house, two foreign students showed up, needing a room each. So right now I have no space for couchsurfers, but will have from july onwards. I like the idea of seeing another country inspired from people who live there. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have just had my first CS experience, and it was marvellous. We went to stay with "Vivalavida" in Schleswig, Germany and had such good fun excercising a bit of German and seeing Viking Village, Church and town.
Music, Movies, and Books
Of course I love travel documentaries but also comedies, and as for music: anything of my generation from the 80s of Europe. Bookwise it goes from historic novels to anything light
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Most amazing thing, looking back, was travelling to Malaysia 3 weeks before giving birth to my first child. But really, that is how I live my life, - if it is possible and not dangerous, I might give it a try. Especially if it is also going to give me a life experience.
