CURRENT MISSION To travel wine country all over the world ABOUT ME Where do i begin, i am from New Jersey, grew up there and moved out to Souther California in 1994. I attained my Bachelors and Masters from San Jose State University in 1998 and have been working since. in the past, prior to me leaving NJ, my parents owned a restaurant (you know a Jersey Diner), this is where i learned and honed my culinary skills. I worked for several years in corporate america and left it to pursue my passion....wine. i took everything i know, technology, wine and food and started up a business in 2004 and have been at it since. PHILOSOPHY I am Greek and if you know any Greeks, we live our lives for the moment. Enjoying life as we only have one to live. i don't get angry because it takes too much work lol
