Live more experiences and less material things (though I like good quality also haha 🙈) In my 20s and early 30s I rather spend my money traveling than in confort (house, cars, etc) I love a good balance between the rich cultural side of a big cities and escaping the cities in the weekends to go to the beach, the mountain or visit other cities and towns.
