I'm currently getting geared up for a 2006 thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, which goes from Mexico to Canada through california, oregon, and washington. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE once i was in between houses for a month, so I folded down my seats and put my futon in the back of my celica. It was a great month. I've also been known to log some hours on various couches. There was one couch in the geology undergraduate student lounge that I logged many wonderful hours on.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: documentaries, comedies, suspense/thrilers, true stories. Music: classic rock, bob marley, steel pulse, peter tosh, good reggae, ethnic/cultural music, music with good lyrical content and cool sounds. Books: I've met very few I didn't like. Not big on fiction though.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Sampling red hot lava from Kilauea volcano hawaii was pretty sweet.
