Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I fell into it officially when travelling around New Zealand after spending a seasoon in Antarctica. I magically appeared in the middle of a CS meeting at a cafe called the Arc in Dunedin. Thanks goodness, cause we had no where to sleep that night!! ;) Couchsurfing was a term that I always used back in my hometown though (a surf-town) to mean you were sort of a dirtbag who was schlepping off your friends. Hmmm. I'm glad that it has this new connotation.
