CURRENT MISSION To see it all and do it all! ABOUT ME I wanted to go on a European trip in 2007, as I was getting tired of Southern Ontario, but one friend cancelled on me so I never went. This year I made sure I'd make it happen. So I applied for a UK working visa, and now I am living in central London. I haven't travelled since I was 7 years old so this is very new and I am enjoying myself immensely! In August 2008 I will travel accross Europe, just to see what I can see, broaden my horizons, and experience all that travel has to offer. PHILOSOPHY Everything works out in the end, if things aren't worked out, it's not the end. Treat others as you'd want to be treated. Don't sweat the small stuff... in other words, don't fret over mean people, silly mishaps, or little things that can get you frustrated. A simple smile can brighten your day and the day of someone who sees you!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Well I just joined because I recently heard of this project from someone in a hostel I was staying at. But now that I am registered, I can't wait to host someone back home in Canada who is travelling! I can't wait to meet new people through this project as well. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE So far it has been an experience of couchsurfing at friends' places and friends of friends' places. I have spent time in hostels, but nothing compares to a couch of someone who lives in the area!
Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies! Into the Wild is my favourite recently. But I love action movies, and anything that is very moving. I love movies that leave me thinking about them after it's over.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Swapping a '97 Integra Type R engine into my '92 Civic hatchback. People doubted me because I was a student, tight on cash, and didn't know much about it. I did it anyway, made it work, and it has made me incredibly happy.
My Interests
I am interested in social care and policy. My most passionate interest however is cars. My dream would be to drive a Nissan Skyline on the Nurburgring. I don't have to race one, just to say I drove it is enough! I also love camping, fishing, playing video games, and trying new things!
